Xi Set for First White House Visit in Over a Decade on September 24

Chinese President Xi Jinping was set to visit the White House in Washington, DC on September 24, 2026 for an official state visit with President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. It is his first White House visit in more than a decade and first U.S. trip in nearly three years, following Trump's May 14 visit to Beijing.
