Clancy lawyers ask judge to investigate holdout juror over alleged phone use

Lindsay Clancy's lawyers asked a judge to question holdout juror Michael Desronvil about alleged cellphone use during deliberations and obtain his 8am-4:30pm call and text records. The motion was filed Friday and made public 21 September. It follows a 4 September mistrial in Clancy's murder case, where 11 jurors favored acquittal on postpartum psychosis grounds.
