Clancy Lawyers Seek Probe of Holdout Juror Over Phone Use

Lindsay Clancy's lawyers want the judge to question holdout juror Michael Desronvil over alleged phone use during deliberations, according to a motion filed Friday and made public Sept. 21. They also seek his 8am-4:30pm call and text records. It follows the Sept. 4 murder-case mistrial, when 11 jurors favored acquittal based on postpartum psychosis — mental illness after childbirth.
