Kurdistan Region Reports Over 1,000 Attacks Despite Neutrality in Iran War

Over 1,000 missile and drone strikes have hit Iraq's Kurdistan Region since the US-Israeli war on Iran began February 28, 2026, PM Masrour Barzani told Al Jazeera. He said no party pressured the Kurds to join the conflict and stressed the region wants no part in any regional war.
