Murkowski Opposes Blanche for Attorney General, Republicans Have No Votes to Spare

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) said August 7 she will vote against Todd Blanche for attorney general, joining Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine). With all Democrats voting no and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) absent, Blanche cannot lose another Republican vote on the Senate floor.
