Murkowski to Vote No on Blanche as AG, Leaving GOP Zero Margin for Error

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) said August 7 she will vote against Todd Blanche's nomination for attorney general, joining Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) in opposition. With all Democrats expected to vote no and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) absent, Blanche cannot lose another Republican vote on the Senate floor.
