Murkowski Says No to Blanche as Attorney General

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) said August 7 she will vote against Todd Blanche for attorney general, joining Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine). Every Democrat is expected to vote no, and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is absent. That means no other Republican senator can vote against Blanche, or his nomination fails.
