Betting VIP managers accused of plying punters with drugs and sex workers, inquiry hears

Anti-gambling campaigners Tim Costello and Luke Bateman told a parliamentary inquiry that VIP account managers at Australian betting firms supplied cocaine, alcohol and sex workers to problem gamblers to keep them betting. Bateman described a Gold Coast event where senior figures took drugs with clients. Acting PM Richard Marles called the evidence "quite shocking." Sportsbet and Tabcorp deny the claims.
