Betting firms' VIP managers allegedly supplied drugs and sex workers to keep punters gambling, inquiry told

Anti-gambling campaigners Tim Costello and Luke Bateman told a parliamentary inquiry that VIP account managers at Australian betting companies supplied cocaine, alcohol and sex workers to problem gamblers to keep them betting. Bateman described a Gold Coast event where senior figures took drugs with clients. Acting PM Richard Marles called the evidence "quite shocking." Sportsbet and Tabcorp deny the claims.
