Hipkins rules out NZ First coalition, citing Peters' foreign affairs stance

Labour leader Chris Hipkins has ruled out working with Winston Peters and New Zealand First after the next election. He said Peters cannot be foreign affairs minister in any government he leads, calling Peters' position "completely untenable" after Peters told Chinese-born Green MP Lawrence Xu-nan to go back to his "own country" in Parliament.
