Hipkins rules out working with Winston Peters, says he cannot be foreign affairs minister

Labour leader Chris Hipkins has ruled out working with Winston Peters and New Zealand First after the next election, saying Peters cannot serve as foreign affairs minister in any government he leads. Hipkins called Peters' position "completely untenable" after Peters told Chinese-born Green MP Lawrence Xu-nan to go back to his "own country" in Parliament.
