Labour's Hipkins says he won't work with Winston Peters after next election

Labour leader Chris Hipkins says he will not team up with Winston Peters and New Zealand First after the next election. He said Peters cannot be foreign affairs minister in any government he leads, after Peters told Chinese-born Green MP Lawrence Xu-nan to go back to his "own country" in Parliament.
