Moscow Bomb Possibly Carried by Unknowing Courier, Remotely Detonated

A homemade bomb killed three and wounded at least 21 outside Moscow's Balzi Rossi restaurant on August 1, 2026. Kommersant reports the device was detonated remotely by another party and the woman carrying it may not have known she was transporting an explosive. Russian authorities have not confirmed those claims or named any suspect.
