Moscow Bomb May Have Been Carried by Someone Who Didn't Know It Was a Bomb

A homemade bomb killed three and wounded at least 21 outside a Moscow restaurant on August 1, 2026. The newspaper Kommersant reports someone set off the bomb from a distance, and the woman carrying it may not have known she was transporting an explosive. Russian authorities have not confirmed those claims or named any suspect.
