Rose Davies makes history with 5,000m/10,000m double at Commonwealth Games

Australia's Rose Davies won 5,000m gold at Glasgow 2026 (14:44.53), adding to her 10,000m title (31:39.32). No woman had won both distance events at a single Games. teammate Jessica Hull took silver; Scotland's Megan Keith bronze. The 26-year-old from Newcastle is coached by former Olympic marathoner Scott Westcott.
