CodePen 2.0 Adds Built-In Website Deployment

CodePen 2.0, launched July 23, 2026, lets users deploy small websites straight from the Pen Editor, skipping the usual step of exporting code or setting up external hosting. Co-founder Chris Coyier called it his largest career accomplishment, saying it required more work than building the original CodePen.
