Senate sets Russia sanctions vote for evening of Graham's Washington funeral

The Senate scheduled a procedural vote on a Russia sanctions bill for July 28, after Sen. Lindsey Graham's Washington funeral services. Graham, who died July 11 at 71, championed the bill in his final months. GOP leaders set the vote on the same day as his Capitol Rotunda tribute and National Cathedral service, NPR reported.
