Senate to vote on Russia sanctions after Graham's funeral

The Senate set a vote on a Russia sanctions bill for July 28, after Sen. Lindsey Graham's funeral services in Washington. Graham, who died July 11 at 71, pushed for the bill before his death. Republican leaders timed the vote to the day of his Capitol and cathedral tributes, NPR reported.
