Senate schedules Russia sanctions vote for evening of Graham's Washington funeral

The Senate planned a procedural vote on a Russia sanctions bill for the evening of July 28, after Sen. Lindsey Graham's Washington funeral services concluded. Graham, who died July 11 at 71, championed the bill in his final months. Republican leaders scheduled the vote on the same day as his Capitol Rotunda tribute and National Cathedral service, NPR reported.
