Berlin CSD Attack Declared Islamist Terror; Suspect Had Police File

German investigators have classified the July 26 vehicle attack at Berlin's Christopher Street Day parade as an Islamist terror act. The suspect, 21-year-old Abdul Ballout, was already known to police for Islamic State sympathies and a prior conviction. He killed one and injured 29 before police shot him dead in Spandau.
