Luxon cools on TOP coalition idea but leaves door ajar

TOP leader Qiulae Wong said on 1 July her party "would be happy" to coalition with National. Luxon called it "unlikely" on 27 July, citing TOP's land tax and universal basic income policies. He stopped short of ruling it out — under MMP, coalition maths after an election may require parties to deal with unlikely partners.
