Samsung pledges five years of Wear OS updates for Galaxy Watch 9, beating Google's own Pixel Watch by two

Samsung will deliver five years of Wear OS updates for the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, spanning Wear OS 7 through 2031. Google's Pixel Watch currently ships with three years of updates. The leading Wear OS licensee now outbids the platform owner on update longevity by two years.
