Manchester Super Giants thump London Spirit by seven wickets on rebrand debut at Lord's

Manchester Super Giants, renamed from Manchester Originals after five years, beat London Spirit by seven wickets at Lord's in The Hundred women's competition on 23 July 2026. Ryana MacDonald-Gay took 4 for 17 as Spirit were bowled out for 80 in 91 balls. Manchester chased 81 in 59 balls, Paige Scholfield sealing it with a four and six.
