Saudi PIF and Silver Lake Held Talks to Buy Unity, Maker of the Unity Game Engine

Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Silver Lake have held recent talks to acquire Unity, the maker of the Unity game engine, Reuters reported on 5 November 2026. Reuters said the talks value Unity at around US$25 billion, a figure discussed in recent weeks. No completed deal has been reported.
