New York Times in exclusive talks to buy Letterboxd for reported $350 million

The New York Times Company is in exclusive talks to buy Letterboxd, the film-logging app, for a reported $350 million, Deadline reported on 6 November 2026. Seller Tiny, a Canadian hedge fund that bought 60% in 2023, hired LionTree to run the sale. A24 has dropped out. Nothing is signed.
