Agility Robotics Completes SPAC Merger, Expected to Trade as AGLT on Nasdaq November 5

Agility Robotics, maker of the Digit humanoid robot, has completed its business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI, according to a November 4, 2026 announcement. The combined company is expected to trade on Nasdaq as "AGLT" from November 5. The listing came through a SPAC merger (a special-purpose shell company), bypassing a traditional IPO.
