Robot Maker Agility Robotics Completes Merger, Expected to Trade as AGLT November 5

Agility Robotics, maker of Digit, a human-shaped robot, has completed its merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI, per a November 4, 2026 announcement. Shares are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker AGLT from November 5. The company is going public through a SPAC, a shell company that skips a traditional IPO (first public stock sale).
