Monaco Prosecutor Says Antoine de Massy Died in 13-Meter Fall; Man Charged

Monaco's Prosecutor General, Stéphane Thibault, said Antoine de Massy, 29, died from a fall of 13 meters from a square in the principality. A 42-year-old man has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, causing a death without intent, and failure to assist a person in danger. Thibault said the suspect has so far declined to answer any questions.
