Flawless sells core AI dubbing technology to Schuurman-owned TBellScout

Flawless has sold its core AI technology, TrueSync and DeepEditor, to TBellScout, owned by Dutch tech billionaire Steven Schuurman, Deadline reported. Schuurman confirmed the deal to Deadline. The UK arm, Flawless Holdings Limited, filed for administration, and administrator BTG sold the technology. Flawless AI Inc., the US business, remains under Scott Mann and Nick Lynes.
