Simantic Aims to Let AI Agents Work on Firmware Using Hardware Simulation

Simantic, a four-person Y Combinator F26 startup founded in 2025, is building hardware simulation that would let AI agents develop embedded firmware without physical prototypes. A job posting says the platform is based on SPICE and Xyce, circuit-simulation software. The company is still hiring a Lead Simulation Researcher and has published no simulation fidelity results.
