Nilekali Steps Back at Fundamentum as New Partners Take Lead on $200M Fund

Nandan Nilekaki has stepped down as general partner at Fundamentum Partnership, the India-focused venture firm he co-founded in 2017, becoming an anchor investor instead. Four partners now lead the firm as it raises its third $200 million fund targeting Series B startups in consumer tech, fintech, and AI. Nilekaki retains his largest commitment and will continue advising portfolio companies.
