Readwise Books Tracks Kindle Progress by Photographing Pages

Readwise has launched Readwise Books, a beta book-buying and reading platform available by invitation or to existing Readwise subscribers. Its Kindle sync records progress on Amazon-bought titles by photographing the first and last pages of each reading session. Readwise says its long-term goal is to move book purchases from Kindle to Readwise.
