Head Gear Films plans U.S. arm with $120 million indie investment

Head Gear Films plans a U.S. arm, Head Gear US, to invest $120 million in American independent film and television in its first year, Deadline reported. Head Gear, a financier that supplies production money for a share of later earnings, will attend the American Film Market in November and Sundance in January.
