Toledo High-Speed Train Collision Kills at Least 10, Toll Expected to Rise

Two high-speed trains collided in a rear-end crash near Toledo, Spain, on the morning of Oct. 28. Castilla-La Mancha spokeswoman Esther Padilla said at least 10 people were killed and the toll will rise. The Independent has reported at least 39 deaths; the count is still being updated.
