JYP Entertainment Says It Has Received No Proposal to Buy Its Shares

JYP Entertainment told the Korea Exchange on October 27, 2026, that it has not received any proposal to buy its shares. Two investment groups, NEXROC Group and SVCV, Inc., had said on October 26 they were considering a tender offer, a public bid to buy shares directly from holders, for 25% to 50% of JYP.
