
Labour edges ahead of National in latest poll as coalition partners slip
Labour leads National 31.5 percent to 30.5 percent in the Taxpayers' Union–Curia poll (conducted 1–5 July). National gained 0.4 points; Labour lost 0.7. Coalition partners both fell: NZ First to 10.8 percent (down 0.6) and ACT to 6.9 percent (down 0.9). The coalition retains a 62–58 seat majority when Greens and Te Pāti Māori votes are included.
