60 Minutes Audience Falls 60% Without NFL Lead-In
CBS's 60 Minutes drew 5.64 million viewers for its 25 October episode, according to Nielsen, the US audience measurer. The Sunday aired without a strong NFL lead-in, meaning no major football game ran just before it. Variety reports overall viewing fell 60% from the year-earlier Sunday, which had a stronger lead-in. Viewers aged 25 to 54 fell 81%, to 558,000.
