Broadcom Announces $63 Billion AI Chip Deal for Anthropic

Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) announced October 26, 2026 a $63 billion transaction to enable AI compute capacity, or processing power, for Anthropic using Broadcom technology. Reuters and Bloomberg reported Wall Street banks and Blackstone lined up the financing. Draw schedule (when money is released) and pricing are undisclosed. Anthropic's draft prospectus shows an $80.7 billion first-half 2026 net loss.
