Sorkin says he was second choice to direct The Social Reckoning, after Fincher's Netflix deal

Aaron Sorkin told The Hollywood Reporter that he was his "second-choice to direct" The Social Reckoning. He said he would have preferred David Fincher, who has an exclusive Netflix deal, while Sony owned the film. Sony released it on 9 October. The remarks came at the Newport Beach Film Festival.
