Takaichi Sets Target of 20 Trillion Yen in Overseas Content Sales by 2033

Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi set a goal of raising Japan's overseas content sales to 20 trillion yen (about $130 billion) by 2033. She made the pledge in a video message to the opening ceremony of the 39th Tokyo International Film Festival on October 26, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The festival runs to November 4.
