Arizona toddler revived hours after being pronounced dead

An 18-month-old pulled from a Gilbert pool on February 8 was declared dead by an emergency doctor at Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. Five hours later, a medical examiner's worker found the child breathing in the hospital morgue refrigerator. He recovered and was released. Police video shows officers told the doctor they saw signs of life; he declined to reconsider. Prosecutors are deciding whether to file charges.
