Queen Sonja's Pearl Tiara at Norway's Gala Is a 1995 Replica

Queen Sonja wore Queen Maud's Pearl Tiara at Norway's parliamentary gala dinner, hosted by King Haakon VIII in Oslo. The tiara is a 1995 replica made by the jeweler Garrard. The original 1896 piece, a wedding gift from King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra of Britain to their daughter Princess Maud, remains in the family collection.
