Detective raped by fellow officer David Carrick calls for Met chief Mark Rowley to resign

Linda Williams, a 60-year-old detective from Hertfordshire, has called on Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley to resign over how the force handled her case. Williams was raped in 2004 by fellow officer David Carrick and reported it in 2021. She has waived her right to anonymity. She described the handling as "like being raped all over again."
