Legora raises $550 million Series E at $8.8 billion valuation

Legora, a Sweden-based legal AI startup, announced on October 21, 2026 a $550 million Series E, its fifth named funding round, at an $8.8 billion post-money valuation, which includes the new capital. Atreides Management led, with Baron Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst and Menlo participating. The company plans to use the funds to expand across North America.
