Legora raises $550 million Series E at $8.8 billion valuation

Legora, a Sweden-based legal AI startup, announced on October 21, 2026 that it raised a $550 million Series E at an $8.8 billion post-money valuation. Atreides Management led the round, with Baron Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst and Menlo participating. The company says it plans to use the capital to expand across North America.
