Autopsy finds Johannesburg Lions lock Hyron Andrews died of natural causes

An autopsy found that Johannesburg Lions lock Hyron Andrews, 31, died of natural causes. A tear in his aorta, the main artery carrying blood from the heart, let blood fill the sac around his heart. He was found unconscious in a shower cubicle. His wife, Maighlin, asked for respect, privacy and patience as his return to South Africa begins.
