FIFA extends DR Congo coach's ban to 2048 for coaching children while suspended

FIFA has extended the ban on DR Congo coach Jonathan Bukabakwa, known as "Messi", by five years, to 2048, for coaching young players while suspended. He must also pay an extra $15,000. FIFA's ethics committee first banned him for 20 years in October 2023 for sexually abusing a minor. He was convicted in Congo and denies the allegations.
