Lawsuit seeks to block 50% US tariffs on Canadian goods

The Liberty Justice Center sued on 20 October in the US Court of International Trade over 50% US tariffs, taxes on imports, on about $20bn of Canadian goods. Filed for food firm Gellert Global Group, it says the White House exceeded its authority and seeks to block collection and order refunds with interest for importers.
