Starz restored on Verizon Fios after nearly three-week blackout

Starz networks and on-demand services are back on Verizon Fios, Starz said 20 October. The return ends a blackout that began in late September, Variety reported. Starz called the new carriage deal, the contract letting a distributor carry channels, a 'mutually beneficial agreement'. Alison Hoffman, president of Starz Networks, announced the restoration, Starz said.
