Review says Arts Council England's 80th book omits loss of third of funding

The Art Newspaper review says Made in England, Arts Council England in London's 80th-anniversary book, omits the funding crisis since 2010, when the funder lost a third of its funding. The 16-essay volume marks 80 years of public investment. The review says the funder distributes roughly £1bn a year.
